1 package
6 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups sliced cucumber
2 cups hearts of palm
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons deli mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil


  1. Whisk or blend all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. 
  2. In a large bowl mix all the salad ingredients and chicken breast.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette on top as desired. Combine well.
