1 package
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup cooked black beans
1 green plantain
Oil for fying


  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic, pepper and salt.
  2. Heat the 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and brown chicken breasts on both sides.
  3. Separately, mix the rice and the black beans.
  4. Peel and thinly slice the green plantain. (This can be done with a potato peeler).
  5. Fry the slices of green plantain in abundant hot oil.
  6. Serve the chicken accompanied with rice and beans, and decorate with fried slices of green plantain.
