1 package
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
4 cups water
Ingredients for Sauce:
1/2 pound margarine
4 tablespoons flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups hot milk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup long green onion, chopped
1/2 cup julienne cut carriots
1/2 cup tender corn


  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pot heat the water, add chicken and cook for 15 minutes at medium heat.
  3. In skillet add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown chicken on all sides.
  4. Prepare the sauce:
    In a saucepan, heat margarine and add the flour and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Add the hot milk, the nutmeg and the wine. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Meanwhile, sauté the chopped green onion and the carrots using the remaining oil.
  6. Combine the corn, the carrot/onion sauté and the sauce.
  7. Ladle the final sauce over the previously browned chicken.
