Preheat oven to 425° F. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning; cook, stirring often, about 10 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Spread pizza sauce over both pizza crusts. Add the following toppings in this order: 1/2 the cheese, tomatoes, olives, green pepper, onion, turkey mixture and remaining cheese. Bake on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes or until pizza is heated through and cheese is melted.
