In a shallow dish stir together flour and garlic salt. Press the chicken into the flour mixture, coating both sides completely.
Coat a large, non-stick skillet with olive oil and set it over high heat. Add chicken and brown on each side approximately 45 seconds. Remove chicken and set it aside.
Add lemon and chicken broth to skillet and let boil 30 seconds. Return chicken to pan and push it into sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat 3 minutes until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170° F.
To serve, set chicken on plates and pour sauce on top.

I added 1 tsp. of garlic powder to the flour and garlic salt mixture, it was fantastic ! A very easy and fast recipe that tastes like it was much more complicated and time consuming. I will add this to my "go to " list.

This is a great recipe. It's very easy and the whole family likes it. I use 1 packet of True Lemon in place of the lemon in the recipe. It adds just a touch of lemon flavor to the chicken, which my children like, rather than too much lemon.

A hit! (Even the man of the house agrees…) I paired Purdue Fit and Easy Boneless, Skinless Chicken-Breasts, Thin-Sliced with reduced fat crescent rolls and sugar snap peas. Quick, easy and delicious! Make room in your recipe box for this one!

I made this recipe using turkey cutlets. Towards the end of the cooking time, I added baby portobello mushrooms and fresh lemon slices. My husband and I both loved it! I served it with roasted yellow squash and a green salad. Very easy to make! A great healthy choice!

This recipe was very easy and very good. I even passed it on to one of my best friends and her family loved it also. We are not big fans of a strong lemon flavor so I just reduced the lemon juice a little. Definitely a keeper for the rotation of picky eaters in my family!!

This is a favorite in our home and I make it often! I like to serve it with skinny mashed potatoes.

This is really good and easy. I usually have lemons on hand and everything else in the pantry. The kids really liked it too and it is ready in a flash. I served it over angel hair pasta. I used a little more lemon juice and garlic salt because we love the flavors. Very good!
