1 package
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 cups sliced bell peppers
1 cup sliced onion
2 cups hot, cooked couscous or brown rice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (optional)


  1. Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or preheat broiler.
  2. Rub cutlets with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill cutlets 5 - 6 inches from heat source 3 minutes. Turn cutlets over and cover with peppers and onions. Grill 5 - 6 minutes longer until cutlets are cooked through.
  4. Serve with couscous tossed with parsley.
