1/4 cup bottled blue cheese dressing
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Salad greens or sandwich bread
Cherry tomatoes for ganish (optional)


  1. In bowl, combine chicken and celery.
  2. Stir in dressing and hot pepper sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Serve, if desired, on your favorite sandwich bread or over salad greens.
