No stick cooking spray
1 egg, beaten
1 box (6 ounces) oriental fried rice mix
2 green onions, chopped


  1. Spray medium saucepan with no stick cooking spray and scramble egg over medium heat, until done. Remove and set aside.
  2. In same saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. When rice is just done, stir in chicken, egg and green onions and heat through.

This recipe is very easy to make,because I am not a good cook.Most of all
I don't like to cook ,if I keep veiwing your recipes and trying them out I think I am going to love cooking.This recipe don't take long it is also healthy it is not gresay like the other Ckicken Fried Rice that u order or take out.Most of all it stays with you,not one hr. U know what I mean.

This turned out very good and didn't take long to prepare. I added some bean sprouts to the recipe and it was great. I plan on making it again.

I added a can of Oriental Veggies and a few mushrooms, with soy sauce for flavor, and it was great.
