1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds, toasted, if desired


  1. In bowl, combine chicken, greens and cucumbers.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle with nuts and if desired, garnish with raspberries.
