   Alternate Perdue Products:
6 cans (10 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 package (9 ounces) cheese-filled tortellini
1/2 cup frozen carrot slices
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen spinach


  1. Heat chicken broth in large saucepan until just boiling. Add tortellini and carrots, cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts slightly.

Love this recipe. I found it here two weeks ago and have made it three times since then. Only changes I made were that I baked the meatballs, doubled the amount of carrots and added a bit more spinach. Great recipe. I will be using it often.

So easy to put together.It is actually very good.Have made it many times,because it is so easy and requested, I have tripled the recipe.Try different stuffed tortellinis,mix it up.You can't mess up!Enjoy!

Wonderful. One of the best soups I have made lately. I used ground turkey for the meatballs and changed to seasoned tomatoes for the tomatoes.
