Heat chicken broth in large saucepan until just boiling. Add tortellini and carrots, cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts slightly.

Love this recipe. I found it here two weeks ago and have made it three times since then. Only changes I made were that I baked the meatballs, doubled the amount of carrots and added a bit more spinach. Great recipe. I will be using it often.

Wonderful. One of the best soups I have made lately. I used ground turkey for the meatballs and changed to seasoned tomatoes for the tomatoes.
