4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut
8 slices rye bread
Deli Mustard


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cutlets on greased pan and bake for 9 minutes. Top each with one cheese slice and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut. Continue baking on low heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, toast bread and spread with mustard.
  3. Assemble sandwiches and serve.

Serve with thinly sliced pickles or cole slaw.
