   Alternate Perdue Products:
2 cups hot cooked rice
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup (about 6 ounces) shredded Mexican blend cheese
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed, if desired
Sour cream


  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Grill or broil sausage, turning occasionally, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165°F; remove and thinly slice.
  3. In large bowl, combine sliced sausage, hot rice, beans and cheese. To assemble wraps, evenly spoon sausage mixture in center of each tortilla and top with sour cream. Roll to enclose filling.
