1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1/4 cup dark rum
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high; lightly coat the grate with cooking oil. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, rum, honey and pepper. Heat, on HIGH, for 30 seconds; stir until blended.
  2. Grill chicken, turning occasionally and basting with the lemon mixture, for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Tip

  1. You can substitute the rum with 1/4 cup chicken broth and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. 
  2. Serve with a green garden salad for a quick and wholesome weeknight dinner.
