Place PERDUE® SIMPLY SMART® Lightly Breaded Chicken Filets on a baking sheet and heat until crisp, according to package instructions.
In a bowl, combine mozzarella, parmesan and cracked black pepper and toss together until mixed.
Top each crisp, heated chicken filet with 1/4 cup prepared pasta sauce and 1/4 cup cheese mixture. Return to oven and heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Place each chicken parmesan on top of 1/2 cup hot couscous or whole wheat pasta, if desired. Serve immediately.

I made this recipe just as described (with the addition of just a little shredded cheddar as well) and kept the oven at the 450 degree setting that the chicken had to cook at when I put it back in to melt the cheese.
It was delicious with very little mess in my kitchen!! I'll definitely cook this again!

Seems to be missing the oven temp. I am going at a guess of 350 deg F.
