4 ounces
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small tomato, sliced
2 ounces Vermont white cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon peppercorn ranch dressing


  1. Brush the outside of the sourdough bread with olive oil and plan onto a preheated snadwich grill. Cook until the outside of the bread is toasty.
  2. Build the sandwich by placing sliced tomatoes, topped with peppercorn ranch on one slice of the bread.
  3. Place the Vermonth white cheddar and chicken breast on top of dressing. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
