teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Fresh pizza dough (found in refrigerated or freezer section of your grocery store)
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Press or roll dough onto a circle on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Slice sausages into 1/4 –inch pieces. Top dough evenly with Ricotta cheese, spinach, sliced sausage, Mozzarella and Asiago cheeses. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
