1/4 cup romaine lettuce, diced
1/4 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced, divided
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 whole wheat pita bread


  1. To make the Tzatziki sauce, combine greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic and 1/4 cup of cucumber in a bowl.
  2. Split the pita bread open and stuff with turkey, tomato, remaining cucumber, lettuce and red onion. Drizzle with Tzatziki sauce.
