teaspoon lemon zest

- Cook roasted chicken chunks according to the package instructions.
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, dill, pepper, garlic and grated cucumber in a small bowl.
- Warm pita bread in a toster or toaster oven.
- Lay pita bread down, spread with yogurt mixture and top with shredded romaine.
- Place 8 chicken chunks in the center of each pita and top with feta, onion and tomato. Fold pita in half and wrap with paper or foil.
