4 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional
2 cups seedless cucumber slices, optional


1.  Heat nuggets according to package directions.

2. In a bowl combine syrup, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add parsley if desired.

3. To serve, place 4 crisp nuggets on a plate along with 1/2 cup cucumber slices and serve with 2 tablespoons maple-mustard mayonnaise dipping sauce.
