   Alternate Perdue Products:
1/3 cup sliced scallions
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 large ripe tomato, cut into 4 thick slices
1/2 cup baked corn tortilla chips, optional
Cilantro for garnish, optional


1. In bowl gently toss together Southwestern chicken strips, scallions and 1/4 cup cilantro. Drizzle ranch dressing over mixture and toss to coat.

2. To serve, place a slice of tomato (or 3-4 thin tomato slices) on a salad plate and scoop 1/2 cup chicken salad over top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with several tortilla chips or 2 tablespoons crumbled tortilla chips and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
