   Alternate Perdue Products:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 (8 inch) Nam or pocket-less pita breads
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives or sage, optional


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté stirring often until onions turn golden brown about (12-15 minutes).

3. Lay Nam on clean work surface. Spread each evenly with 1 tablespoon mustard. Divide the onions between the four Nam pizzas and spread evenly. Top each with 1/2 cup julienned Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast and grated Swiss cheese; sprinkle with chives, if desired.

4. Place pizzas on a baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes in 400°F oven or until bubbling and brown.
