cup Balsamic vinegar

1. Season chicken with salt and ground black pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add chicken (in batches if necessary) and sauté 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden on each side. Remove chicken from skillet, cover and keep warm.
3. Add garlic to skillet and continue to sauté 1 minute. Pour in vinegar. Stir in honey and bring to a boil. Add broth and return to a boil; reduce heat slightly and add chicken back to skillet and simmer 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper, if desired, and keep warm.
4. Serve each piece of chicken with a drizzle of balsamic-honey glaze over top. Serve with rice, if desired.
