1/4 cup prepared hot sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil or melted butter
1 (11 ounce) package of iceberg lettuce mix
1/2 cup prepared blue cheese dressing


1. In a shallow bowl, combine hot sauce, lemon juice, and oil or melted butter. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes.

2. Pre-heat grill or broiler. Cook tenders 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally, until cooked through. Serve 3-4 chicken tenders per serving over 1 heaping cup shredded iceberg lettuce with 2 tablespoons prepared blue cheese dressing.

Note

Hot sauces differ in heat and texture, so use what you prefer.
