Delmarvalous Barbecue Chicken

1 package of your favorite PERDUE® chicken parts
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup canola oil
3 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 cup apple cider vinegar


  1. Heat grill to medium high.  Combine ingredients for sauce except vinegar and stir well, then add vinegar and stir well. 
  2. Place chicken pieces on grill and baste with sauce, turning chicken frequently until done.
  3. Judge doneness with thermometer registering 170° F. for white meat, 180° F. for dark meat.
