The Perdue Farm-to-Fork Food Safety program is the industry's benchmark. It ensures that all PERDUE® products meet the highest food safety standards. In our production facilities, all processing associates receive food safety training. They use a chlorinated hand wash each time they enter the processing area and are required to wear lab coats and hair and/or beard nets. All processing equipment is constantly rinsed with chlorinated water. Each day, the Perdue plants are sanitized, and USDA inspectors must approve each plant before production restarts. |
