Cooking And Prep
SKILLET: • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Remove burgers from plastic wrapping; add burgers to the skillet and cover. Heat 1 1/2 - 2 minutes per side, until heated through. GAS GRILL: • Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat covered grill on high. When grill is fully HOT, turn down to medium-low just before placing burgers on grill. Remove burgers from plastic wrapping and place on grill. Grill chicken burgers for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on each side until heated through. MICROWAVE: • Remove burgers from plastic wrapping and place on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a plate, bowl or paper towel. Microwave 1 burger for 50-60 seconds on HIGH until heated through. Let sit 1-2 minutes before eating.
