Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion, Red Bell Peppers, Parsley), Sea Salt, Vinegar, Evaporated Cane Syrup, Natural Flavor, Lemon Peel.

Product Handling

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.

Cooking And Prep

BAKE:
• Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (Spray with a nonstick cooking spray if using foil). Place chicken breasts on tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170F or above. Let product rest for 2 minutes before serving.
GRILL:
• Preheat grill on HIGH. Place chicken breast on grill and sear for 2 minutes. Flip chicken breast and sear for another 2 minutes. Turn grill down to MEDIUM and continue to cook for another 15 minutes, turning occasionally to avoid burning. Cook until product reaches an internal temperature of 170F or above. Let product rest for 2 minutes before serving.
