Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated at 30-38'F or frozen at 0'F. Do not store above 40'F.

Cooking And Prep

Remove breast from printed bag. Wrap breast in foil and place in pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: 325ºF for 2 hours, to 141ºF internal temperature.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350ºF for 2-1/2 hours, to 141ºF internal temperature.
TO BROWN TOP: Open foil at end of cooking.

SLICED PRODUCT: Wrap sliced chicken in foil and place in pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: 325ºF for 8 minutes, to 141ºF internal temperature.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350ºF for 15 minutes, to an internal temp. of 141ºF.
