Product Handling
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
Cooking And Prep
PAN FRY: Add 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp vegetable oil to pan with sausage (5 links). Simmer on medium, covered for 10 minutes. Remove cover, fry for another 5-10 minutes, turning often until golden brown on all sides. Cook to internal temperature of 165ºF. GRILL: On medium heat, grill sausages for 15-20 minutes, turning often until all sides are golden brown. Cook to internal temperature of 165ºF. OVEN BAKE: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place sausages on a tray, single layered in the middle part of the oven. Cook for 17-20 minutes to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
