Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Thighs 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken until blended.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and brushing with Parmesan sauce, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 180°F. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
