Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Thighs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken until blended.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and brushing with Parmesan sauce, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 180°F. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
