Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Thighs 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon real bacon bits
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, horseradish and bacon bits.
- Loosen skin on thighs, and rub paste under skin directly onto meat.
- Place over indirect heat and grill until thighs are done, 30-35 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the largest thigh reaches 180 F.
