Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 6 oz.
8 ounces bow tie pasta
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing with Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until chicken is warmed through.
