Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted, 6 oz. 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/4 teaspoon salt Freshly ground pepper to taste 1 cup chopped, peeled cucumber (about 1/2 medium cucumber) 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 4 pita breads 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation Steps
- In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir chicken, cucumber, onion and feta cheese into dressing mixture.
- Cut pita breads crosswise in half; open each half to form a pocket.
- Place a tomato slice in each pocket and fill with chicken mixture.
