Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Southwestern Style, 6 oz. 1 cup salsa 1 cup crushed tortilla chips 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 3 ounces)
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In 9-inch pie plate, combine chicken and salsa.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle with chips and cheese and bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve, if desired, with shredded lettuce and prepared guacamole.
