Ingredients
1 cup shredded, cooked PERDUE® chicken meat 2 cans (14.5 ounces) tomatoes with chilies, with juice 1 small onion, chopped 2 1/2 cups fresh bread cubes 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In bowl, combine cooked chicken meat, tomatoes, onion, bread cubes and salt.
- Place mixture in greased medium-sized casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 10 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
