Ingredients

6 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
3 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

 

Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients, except for chicken, in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Brush mixture on chicken breasts and grill over hot coals about 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 170°F; turning and basting chicken frequently.
