Ingredients
2 cups shredded, cooked PERDUE® chicken 8 Taco shells 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons oriental chili-garlic paste 1 small onion chopped Taco fixings: Shredded lettuce Diced tomato Sour cream Shredded Monterey Jack cheese Scotch bonnet, harbenero or jalepenó peppers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange taco shells on baking sheet and heat 5 to 7 minutes in oven.
- Meanwhile, in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chili-garlic paste and onion; sauté 2 to 3 minutes until onion is softened. Add chicken and stir well to blend. Cook about 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Spoon chicken mixture into heated taco shells; top with taco fixings, and garnish with hot peppers.
