Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style 8 ounces spaghetti 2 tablespoons butter 2 eggs 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 diced green pepper 1 jar (15 ounces) spaghetti sauce 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Combine butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese and cooked spaghetti; mix well. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a 10-inch pie pan.
- Heat oil in a frying pan; add meatballs, onion and green pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and heat 5 minutes longer or until heated through.
- Combine cottage cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese; spoon over spaghetti crust. Top with meatballs and sauce. Bake for 30 minutes then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
