Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted, 9 oz. Heavy-duty aluminum foil 3/4 cup barbecue sauce 1 can (11 ounces) vacuum packed corn kernels 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 450°F or preheat grill to medium high.
- Cut 4 sections of heavy-duty foil into 12 by 18 inch pieces. Divide the PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® evenly and place in center of each foil piece. Spoon the barbecue sauce equally on chicken, top with corn, tomato and bell pepper.
- Leaving a little room for expansion, fold up two sides and secure with a double fold. Double fold the ends shut. Place packets on a cookie sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Or arrange on preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven or grill and let cool for a minute or two before opening packet.
