Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Southwestern Style, 6 oz.
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
4 large (8 or 9 inch) flour tortillas, warmed, if desired
1/2 cup bottled ranch salad dressing

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Evenly layer lettuce, chicken and peppers down the center of each tortilla.
  2. Drizzle with dressing.
  3. Roll tortillas to enclose filling.
