Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh Filets Salt and ground pepper to taste 2 teaspoons olive oil 5 fresh sage leaves, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves 2 cloves garlic, peeled 2 cups hot, cooked quinoa or brown rice
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
- In large, non-stick skillet over medium high heat, heat oil; add thighs and brown 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle sage and garlic over thighs.
- Reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove garlic. Serve chicken with quinoa.
