Ingredients
3 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts 1 cup apple juice 1 cup cider vinegar 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 3/4 cup olive oil 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in large zip-locking bag; marinate in refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes, turning frequently.
- Remove chicken pieces and the rosemary from the marinade.
- Tuck a rosemary sprig under the skin of each breast.
- Grill skin side up over medium indirect heat for about 50 minutes, until juices run clear and a meat thermometer placed in the thickest part of the breast registers 170° F.
