Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts 1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Drumsticks 1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Thighs 3/4 cups Ranch style salad dressing 1/2 cups milk 3 cups corn flake crumbs 1 jar (2 ounces) real bacon pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together dressing and milk.
- In a second large bowl, blend corn flake crumbs and bacon.
- Dip each chicken piece into dressing mixture; roll in corn flake crumbs.
- Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake 40 minutes, or until internal temperature of thighs and drumsticks reaches 180°F.
