Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (10 ounces) 1 jar beef gravy (12 ounces) 1 can diced tomatoes with onion (14.5 ounces) 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook frozen vegetables according to stovetop directions; drain then return vegetables to saucepan.
- Add meatballs, gravy and tomatoes to vegetables. Simmer for 15-20 minutes; stirring occasionally. Spoon meatball mixture into a 3-quart baking dish. Spoon mashed potatoes over the meatballs.
- Bake in 400°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
