Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 6 oz.
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat broiler. In medium saucepan, heat chicken and marinara sauce over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
  2. In small bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Spoon chicken mixture into 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Broil until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta.

This is so easy and tasty. We eat low-carb, therefore it's good because there's no heavy breading. Even my fussy daughter loved it
