Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts, Skinless Salt and ground pepper to taste 1/2 cups prepared Italian salad dressing 2 cups hot cooked rice (optional) 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley (optional) Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Into 8 x12-inch baking dish, pour salad dressing. Add chicken, turning to coat with dressing.
- Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
- Turn chicken and bake 25 minutes longer or until cooked through.
- To serve, place chicken over rice; sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
