Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts, Skinless
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1/2 cups prepared Italian salad dressing
2 cups hot cooked rice (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley (optional)
Lemon wedges (optional)

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Into 8 x12-inch baking dish, pour salad dressing. Add chicken, turning to coat with dressing.
  3. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  4. Turn chicken and bake 25 minutes longer or until cooked through.
  5. To serve, place chicken over rice; sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
