Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Salt to taste 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper 12 cherry tomatoes 3 ears corn, husked and cut into 2 inch pieces 6 scallions cut into 3 inch lengths 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare outdoor grill or preheat broiler.
- Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and press pepper into meat. Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces. On each side of 12 skewers, alternately thread chicken, tomatoes, corn and scallions; brush with oil.
- Grill or broil kebabs 6 to 8 inches from heat source 10 minutes. Baste with maple syrup; continue grilling about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally with syrup. Serve warm
