Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted, 6 oz. 8 ounces thin spaghetti or vermicelli 1 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/4 cup chopped scallions
Preparation Steps
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk chicken broth, peanut butter and cornstarch until blended. In a large skillet, bring chicken broth mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes until slightly thickened.Stir in chicken and scallions.
- Cover and simmer 2 minutes or until chicken is heated through. Serve over hot pasta and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped scallions.
