Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Fresh Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken)
2 tablespoons Chinese plum sauce
3 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped, peeled gingerroot
1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese chili paste with garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 hamburger rolls, split, lightly toasted

 

Instructions
  1. Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients but rolls. Form into 4 or 5 burgers and grill or broil 4 to 6 minutes on each side until burgers are cooked thorough and spring back to the touch.
  3. Serve burgers warm on toasted rolls.
