Ingredients
3 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts 1/2 cup orange marmalade 1 shallot, finely chopped 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In small bowl, combine marmalade, shallot and vinegar until blended.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and brushing with marmalade mixture, 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170ºF. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
