Ingredients

3 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In small bowl, combine marmalade, shallot and vinegar until blended.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and brushing with marmalade mixture, 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170ºF. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
